Resolved Question: My college dilemma. Advice?

I live in Arkansas and I don't have a job yet. I will be graduating high school next May, and I will be wanting to go to college(out of this state.) The most realistic plan so far is to go to Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. My reasons: I could stay in a dorm, it's out of Arkansas, it's cheaper than my previous options, and I have friends there. My only problem is the fact that it doesn't have my major. The thing is... I'm not sure about what major I want, but it's definitely not something that they have. I was wondering if you could carry financial aid to other colleges. Example: I could go to APSU for the first couple of years and then transfer to a different college with whatever major I ultimately decide on.
